Floki Inu (FLOKI) Developers Issue Warning to Investors
Developers of FLOKI, one of the largest memecoins, have recently addressed some concerns that have arisen. They have issued a warning to investors regarding fake tokens that have surfaced on the Solana and Base blockchains.
In a tweet, the developers clarified that the only legitimate FLOKI tokens can be found on the BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum. They alerted their followers to be cautious of scams claiming that Floki has a token on Base or Solana. To help investors avoid falling victim to these scams, the developers provided the correct contract addresses for FLOKI on BNB and ETH chains:
ETH: 0xcf0c122c6b73ff809c693db761e7baebe62b6a2e
BNB: 0xfb5b838b6cfeedc2873ab27866079ac55363d37e
FLOKI emphasized that any other claims suggesting the availability of FLOKI tokens on different chains are false and intended to deceive investors. They advised their investors to prioritize their safety and always verify information from official sources.
The proliferation of memecoins, including fraudulent imitations of popular memecoins, has been on the rise, particularly on Solana and Base networks.
