Former Top Executives from Major Tech Giants Unite with New Altcoin Venture

In a groundbreaking move reported by The Block, ex-executives of tech giants such as Google, Apple, Meta, Tesla, and X have teamed up with the innovative Worldcoin project, which was co-founded by Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI.
The executives have been strategically appointed to fortify Tools for Humanity’s divisions specializing in privacy, security, hardware, and digital identities.
Rich Heley, a former executive at Apple, Meta, and Tesla, has assumed the role of Chief Device Officer at Worldcoin. He will oversee the design, functionality, and accessibility of the Orb, a cutting-edge hardware device developed by Tools for Humanity for iris scanning.
Adrian Ludwig, previously the Director of Android Security at Google, has taken on the role of Information Security Officer at Tools for Humanity, responsible for ensuring internal and external data security.
Joining the team, Ajay Patel, a former Google executive, has been appointed the Head of World Identity. Patel will lead the company’s marketing strategies, establish public and private partnerships, and enhance the overall user experience. His prior experience includes leading Google Payments’ identity unit.
Lastly, Damien Kieran, a former executive from X, has come on board as the Privacy Officer at Tools for Humanity, having previously held a similar position at X.
