Upbit a South Korean Cryptocurrency Exchange Reveals Inclusion of a Fresh Memecoin on Solana Network

South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Upbit has announced the listing of a new altcoin called Cat in a Dog’s World (MEW). The exchange, known for its reliability, will list MEW on the KRW market starting at 19:00 on October 21, 2024. MEW is a memecoin launched on the Solana network in March 2024. The token’s narrative revolves around a cat’s mission to save a world dominated by dogs. While MEW does not currently have any practical use, it is expected to grow with its community-driven ecosystem and may find new applications in the future. Users must ensure they select the correct network (MEW-Solana) for deposits, as transfers using unsupported networks will not be processed and may result in significant delays in fund returns. There are certain transaction restrictions in place, such as a five-minute buying restriction after the trade opens and a minimum sell price restriction for the first five minutes.
