This latest acquisition adds to Strategy’s growing portfolio, which is already the largest institutional Bitcoin treasury worldwide.
The purchase comes as Bitcoin continues to trade in the $90,000-$95,000 range amid macroeconomic uncertainty and speculation about potential Federal Reserve policy changes.
Despite the volatility, the strategy has remained consistent in its dollar-cost averaging strategy, accumulating thousands of BTC since 2020 under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Michael Saylor.
Strategy’s BTC accumulation is often seen as an indicator of institutional sentiment towards the asset class, and this latest purchase suggests a continued long-term uptrend.
