South Korea’s leading cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb has announced that it will be adding Space and Time (SXT) to its Korean Won (KRW) market, further expanding trading options for local users.
Bithumb Adds Space and Time (SXT) to Korean Won Market
According to the official announcement, SXT/KRW trading will begin at 18:00 on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Deposits and withdrawals will be enabled within three hours of the announcement and will be supported exclusively via the Ethereum network.
Users are advised not to send SXT via another blockchain as such deposits will not be supported. The launch reference price of SXT is set at 191 KRW and the required number of deposit confirmations is 33.
Temporary Transaction Restrictions
To ensure a stable and secure trading environment, Bithumb will implement the following temporary restrictions during the listing:
- Buy orders will be restricted for the first five minutes after trading begins.
- Sell orders priced 10% below or 100% above the reference price will also be restricted for the same period.
- Automated trading systems will be activated after the first trade is successfully executed.
Like all digital assets, Bithumb reiterates that SXT carries a high investment risk. Users are advised to review the project’s white paper and official documentation before trading, and understand that all investment decisions and risks are entirely the responsibility of the investor.
Additional verification or temporary restrictions on deposits and withdrawals may apply to new users who have registered within the last seven days.
