Leading the way in the institutional Bitcoin market, MicroStrategy has unveiled its decision to raise $500 million through bonds in order to acquire more Bitcoin.
The founder of MicroStrategy, Michael Saylor, shared this exciting development on the X platform.
“MicroStrategy has officially declared its intention to issue up to $500 million in convertible senior notes, subject to market conditions and other variables.
“The net proceeds from the sale of these notes will be allocated towards acquiring additional Bitcoin and for general corporate purposes.”
