Binance Announces Addition of Altcoin to Futures Trading
Cryptocurrency exchange giant Binance made a significant announcement today regarding the listing of a new altcoin on its futures trading platform. The altcoin in question was also added to the spot market.
According to Binance’s official statement, the altcoin known as ZKsync (ZK) has been integrated into its futures trading platform. The listing of ZKsync on Binance took place at 12:00 Turkish time, albeit with a slight delay of one hour. Additionally, ZK has been paired with the Turkish lira on the exchange.
Despite some concerns surrounding ZKsync’s airdrop strategy, crypto exchange Bybit began accepting deposits for ZKsync on June 14. There have been reports suggesting that certain long-time supporters of ZKsync were excluded from the airdrop, with a disproportionate amount of tokens being distributed to select wallets holding NFTs and other less valuable altcoins.
