New Twist in SEC Terra Luna Case! Prime Minister of Montenegro Also Invested in Luna!
New court documents released by the US SEC have revealed that Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic was an early investor in Terraform Labs, purchasing 750,000 Luna tokens for $75,000 in April 2018.
According to the documents, Spajic invested in Terraform Labs just days before it was officially registered in Singapore on April 23, 2018. This revelation comes shortly after Terraform Labs settled with the SEC, sparking renewed controversy over the failed crypto project.
Reports from Montenegrin media outlet Vijesti confirm that Prime Minister Spajic, who took office in October 2023, made the investment in the Singapore-based company. Prior to the release of the court documents, Spajic had denied any personal involvement in the failed crypto project.
However, the SEC documents clearly list Spajic as one of the early investors, with an agreement dated April 17, 2018. This new development has reignited interest in the Terra Luna case, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing controversy.
