Coinbase Launches Listing Frenzy: Three Altcoins Added to Futures and One to Spot Market
In an announcement by Coinbase, the cryptocurrency exchange revealed that Altlayer (ALT), Lido DAO (LDO), and Pendle (PENDLE) altcoins will be listed on the futures platform, while Core (CORECHAIN) altcoin will be listed on the spot market.
The Coinbase futures platform stated that the listings for the three altcoins will occur on June 27, 2024, at 12:30 Turkish time (UTC+3).
CORECHAIN, which is a spot listing, has been on Coinbase’s listing roadmap for some time. It will be listed on June 21, 2024, at around 19:00 Turkish time. The altcoin will be supported on its own blockchain network, the Coredao network, and deposits made by users outside this network may result in the loss of their cryptocurrencies.
These listings come at a time when Coinbase is launching a massive wave of listings. In total, the exchange has listed five altcoins today, including the recent addition of LayerZero (ZRO) altcoin.
